Magnet Spectre

As a child Jaiku was a talented warrior of the isle of masks , he was renowned for his supernatural ability to attract are repulse metal objects which he used to advantage in battle , however the prolonged use of this skill on the weapons which contained the souls of his very ancestors allowed him to attract and repulse bodies and souls , as the isle of masks drowned he was able to use his abilities to become nothing but a spirit as left his body and turned into a being of energy.

AGI: 19+1.5
INT: 20+2.9

Damage: 50-58

*Creators Notes: I really enjoyed making the concept behind this character, its notably a character that has no damage at all apart from his right click abilities and is probably only suited to be a support , however probably a bit on the strong side , i tried to make him mana hungry and extra squishy to make up for his absurdly over powered spells in my opinion , his first spell works like a slower force staff but during channeling his opponent isnt allowed to move, or alternatively moved away from an ally up until 1200 unites, however may right click and cast spells ,his second spell acts either as a vaccum from dark seer or a blinding light from kotl , however must be self cast centered at him , he can regen allies or take their hp/mp in an equivalent exchange deal , i feel the ultimate might be gamebreaking therefore i have it on an extremely long cooldown however i feel it would also benefit from being a skillshot but im not so sure , hope you enjoyed the concept , please leave your feedback.
