Hannibal

Simulacrum Crafter

Hannibal was once married to his wife Annemie, their souls were linked in love. Both thrived on their desire to build as much as on each other, spending hours creating meticulous automata of which did whatever they needed, yielding them more time to spend with together. However, Annemie joined the researched in Violet Plateau. On the day the darkness consumed the valley, Hannibal lost a part of himself. The only way to reclaim himself is to reclaim Annemie. He moved away to Quath to achieve peace, in which he slaves day and night to craft what he had lost.

But alas, his skills without her are unrefined and limited. Even so, his life now subservient to his obsession will not even allow him a moments rest to seek the knowledge of life, not after what the quest for knowledge had led to before. So he crafts, his only company his failures, also building their own failures all falling short. Perhaps one day he will have learned enough from his mistakes to craft what he so desperately needs. Perhaps one of his automata will be able to give the skills Annemie used to lend. Perhaps all this is in vain. Nevertheless, his hope is never-ending even while it rots and toils in anguish.

And so he goes on.

Hannibal is a weak laner, but once he gets his ultimate he starts to become a killer pusher, forming his own army of automatons. Buffed during the day, and for each second his ultimate is out his strength grows Hannibal can be a true thorn in the side of his foes.

*NOTE* I'm playing around with the values, the important aspects of this are what each ability does and what the values are, but if something seems over or under powered that's just me trying to give an idea of what his mechanics are like.
(AT is short for Automaton)

Primary Abilities

Mechanically changing, Hannibal and his summons weapons shift depending on what he deems needed to help him, weakening foes or strengthening selves as needed. A passive aura that can be switched, similar to power treads, between armor reduction and a movement slow. These attacks stack, one per unit.

Any weapon he crafts is not merely a tool but a machine, bending itself to achieve the task at hand.
Healing Heart
Hannibal has crafted a tool to take his life force and give it to another unit, infused with mechanical strength. While Hannibal will suffer a max health and health regeneration penalty, the target unit will receive a health bonus, attack speed bonus, and a damage bonus.

Since he can’t give his heart to Annemie, he’ll give it to those crafted in her name.
Solar-Powered
Hannibal has infused himself and his automatons with solar batteries, giving them bonuses during the daytime. Automaton suffer a movespeed penalty at night. Activating it will remove the movespeed penalty for all automatons for a short time. Attack speed bonus is constant.

Ultimate Abilities

Craft Automaton
Summons an automaton that can help and serve Hannibal, and can craft more Automatons as needed. Small Automatons (once every 5 seconds) will die when the ability duration expires, as will the large automatons. Forgot to say but I think that it'd be good if shifting weapons cooldown prevented either bonus from being used.
