Infamous Bandit, Felina by Firefrog

Felina gracefully performs a series of flips and aerial spin combinations to engage or disengage fights, deals physical damage to enemy units upon contact whilst boosting her evasiveness, has multiple charges.

Allows Felina to attack consecutively in very fast manner, number of scratches increases as the ability level grows procs everytime after low cooldown, works like Weaver's Germinate Attack ability.

Can be Autocast to activate passive effect, trades Attack Damage to gain Attack Speed.

Felina has attributes similar to cats, high level of flexibility and swiftness, enabling her to evade incoming attacks, sharp sights and senses allows her to locate the weak spot of enemies and deliver a deadly strike with her razor claws, deals critical damage, and as cunning as the feral critter, stealing gold from her target.

A gigantic shadow claw slashes a target enemy hero unit, snatch an item within the target's inventory, the stolen item will be muted and disabled, all of its effects will be nullified, Felina temporarily gain possession of that item for certain duration, deals damage base on gold cost of that stolen item.
Felina may use the stolen item's active effects, and/or gain its passive boosts.
