*Eols sends two windblasts that combine into a cyclone when they meet, dealing damage over time based on their max HP.
Eols can call back the cyclone, that will slice through enemies lifting any enemies in its path and wrapping himself in a protective shield, shielding Eols for the amount of Damage dealt.
When the shield is destroyed it will burst and give Eols 50% movement speed for 1.5 seconds*
