Fervor Chant: If an enemy hero enters at any point, Efrain will become taunted upon them of which won’t break nor switch heroes for the entire duration. This will not work on heroes Efrain can’t see. Taunt is broken when the two heroes are over 2000 units apart. Finally, I think if Insatiable Rage could still be used during taunt but otherwise no active items not abilities that'd be good to help further synergy.
Unforgiving Strike: So at max level(.20 per health), that’s +1 damage per 5 health lost in the past 5 seconds. Also, this is regardless of health healed, and is after damage reductions
Exploited Weakness: Can’t reduce armor past 0, but another effect can in conjunction with this one.
Insatiable Rage: If switching primary abilities is a no go, simply -agility to damage and +strength to damage. Aghanim's Scepter yields 35 HP regeneration per second
General:
Full disclosure, these numbers aren’t vetted because the important part of this hero are the concepts.
With that in mind, Efrain’s an interesting carry, with strength being really important as well as agility. He has a distance closer active, as well as two passives that will help amplify his damage through armor loss and potentially gain armor for before he ults to mitigate that armor loss. His other passive helps him slaughter in 1v1s and punish enemies who try and fail to nuke him, as well as helping him get kills and experience even if he dies. His ultimate helps him a ton by removing move speed cap and giving him a ton of potential damage (but an important note is that it increases the damage maximum, not the damage minimum so if he drops 50-52 damage and then drops a level 1 ult, his range becomes 50-112 damage) and some lifesteal to help him sustain given his armor reduction.
He's a quick hero, great at 1v1, but really vulnerable to disables since it makes his Unforgiving Strike moot and allows exploitation of his armor reduction. Since his ultimate both mutes and silences him he will need some support when it’s more than a 1v1, but is still a force to be reckoned with.
I'm not a skilled enough player to determine whether a strong or basic dispel would be best for the top talent, so absolutely would appreciate input. Also I went from Dishonored Savage to the Dishonored, but the title of Efrain is still subject to some variability.
These are just my musings on him, would love to hear people’s thoughts on both the hero conceptually and potential balances to him since I worry that I didn’t balance him well. Thanks for checking him out!
