Pudge is an excellent counter to Cthulhu since Cthulhu relies on position and playing a relentless chaser, Pudge can easily pull Cthulhu out of position with Chain Hook and hold him in place with Dismember.

Bane is another excellent counter to Cthulhu as Bane can easily hold Cthulhu in place with both Nightmare and Fiend's Grip.

Upon activation, the rainstorm slows the move speed of nearby enemies by 20%. After the delay, the thunderstrikes will now stun all nearby enemies for 1 second. Also allows Plasma Eclipse to be manually cast to end and quickly release thunderstrikes.

For every 25 damage taken from Brain Fuzz, 0.5 seconds is added to the upcoming fear duration. The cooldown is also decreased from 23 / 22 / 21 / 20 to 18 / 17 / 16 / 15
