The Penguin

Banish and disowned by his own kind, roaming the world unknown alone and sad. He keep asking himself, "Why did i touched the rock from the sky?" that change him forever. He meets people like Rylai who teaches him how to snowball fight but only Rubick teaches him magic trade that the Magus forgot on that day. When Rubick let Bowtie barrow AGHANIM'S SCEPTER he was able to trade more skill than he imagine he can do.

That hero that do ability draft in a normal/rank game
Imagine two ult and normal skill combined...
Example: Firefly+rolling thunder+ball lighting lol😎😆

If people doesn't like passive hero we can make it Intel. Hero: skill 1 slide,your team can ride on you for fast travel skill 2 eye of the storm, 600 diameter of slow and health drain skill 3 raft spawn penguin to block players
