The Channeler

Inteligence hero with channel abilities and passive which increase power the more time opponent is hit.

Primary Abilities

Energy Chain
Create a link with target enemy hero for up to 5 seconds and deal damage over time. At the end of duration or when the shackles break, it roots and silence enemy hero for a duration of how long the Energy Chain was active.

Minimum duration of disables is 0 and maximum is from 2,5 to 4 depends on current level. Duration increase is linear.

Essence Feedback
Whenever an enemy hero is continuosly hit by Artazia ablity for 2 seconds, then gain a stack of Essence Feedback. Increase number of stacks gained for every following second the enemy is still hit by that ability. Bonus damage last for 10 seconds.

Total stack gained for each second ability continuosly hitting enemy hero from is 0,1,3,6,10,16 for 1,2,3,4,5,6 second.
If one enemy is hit continously from 2 or more abilities, you gain this bonus from every spell.
This healt and damage increase per stack need some balance testing, but the idea is clear
Rift Pulse
Creates a Rift pulse that damaging all enemy units in the area for the duration of 6 second. The damage starts off weak, but increases in power over the duration. The Pulse dealing Magic Damage every 0.5.
