I really have to disagree.

Charge of Darkness is greatly affected by Greater Bash. Thus, bash needs to your first priority since charge is SB's premier ability.

Spirit Breaker isn't a hard carry focused on dps so much as he is an aggressive semi-carry meant to create space for his fellow teammates through constant, oftentimes spontaneous ganks. Thus, building life steal items such as Satanic on him may not be the best idea. Leave those types of items for man-fighting agility carries such as Troll Warlord.

If you're looking for late game sustain, a Heart of Tarrasque should work just fine. As a Spirit Breaker you should mainly be focusing on early to mid game items that grant you bonus attack speed and damage.

Aside from that, here are some other things that you'll need to fix before fully publishing your guide:

Abyssal Blade doesn't work on Spirit Breaker, the bashes and stuns don't stack.

If Empowering Haste gives you so much from so early on the game, then why do you wait to level it so late?

Consider reading the formatting guide, your guide is a wall of text as it is

also i don't like aghanim's on it. The AoE is too small

I don't think you should publish a guide if it's not complete (it is good to update it in the future though). Also the small text is really annoying to read. If you want people to read your guide, it needs to be not only informative but visually pleasing (:
