I have a similar build, but i prefer going for Vlad's before Phase boots, as you can kill Roshan fast and get the boots afterwards within 2-3 mins. Buying them first is waste of killing time ;)

Yeah, of course, Dagger is a better initiator, but shadow blade give you a bonus to damage output, gives you more chance to escape the enemy should you have to, and you can always try to kill the guy who has a gem :P

Good guide, anyway, i always prefer Blink Dagger instead of Shadow Blade. You know, you are taking a walk, mid lane, walking around, just watching things passing by, when suddenly BANG a wild Ursa appears... Game Over.
