Hi, I don't know if you still pay attention to this, but consider going Oblivion Staff+Bottle+Skadi if you are in mid lane and orchid isn't ideal and you need to tank up fast. Skadi stacks with arrows and can make for a scary clinkz.

For the guide, I don't favor the wind walk getting maxed second. The 2 seconds of strafe isn't enough to kill the heros but with 4 or 6 it's more guaranteed. You really only need 2 levels as its enough to sneak in on them and trail them.

Have you tried running Soul Ring to fix your mana issues early-mid game? It's perfect to pop it when you want to Death Pact because you'll get more than the the 150hp you paid to activate it. Being able to keep Death Pact running helps your farm (when you can eat large camp creeps) and keeps your HP/damage up as much as possible to keep you killing/staying alive.

I wouldn't ever get Soul Ring on him. Besides using it directly before Death Pact, it will have little payoff since Clinkz is already squishy and his abilities don't have huge mana costs. It's just the constant 10 mana every second or so from his Searing Arrows that eventually leaves him at low mana. The best thing is to just get 2 sobi masks (to later be build into Orchid) and your mana problems during the laning phase are solved, unless you're having to Windwalk constantly, in which case, play safer.

Other than helping him get death pact up what else does it do? The oblivion staff helps more and provides him with more in a fight. He should also be rushing the Orchid and a soul ring which is needless for ganks delays that.
