So, is there? Figured since it was on steam, I could mod hero sounds like you could with other games on steam. I looked around a bit and couldn't really find any topic about it.

I don't think it's possible yet, since that will be like using custom announcers which is like, stealing in a way.

I believe soon they'll add the way to create your own stuff in DotA 2, like sounds, maps, and so on.
