Skill build is bad.Core is good tho,going aggresive is what storm does best,thats why you farm the orchid first,then the possible bloodstone.TBH,I don't really like bloodstone that much.

Yes, getting Arcane then disassembling into bloodstone is a very common thing

Agree with Bloodstone priority. Because of this you should go for Mana Boots early. When going mid you should get bottle imo. When you get it, you should skip Urn (and also have a different Starting Build in order to get bottle faster). +BKB in optional items.

Wind is right, skill build is messy, and switch bloodstone and orchid.

Swap the blood stone for the orchid and it will be good. Skill build is funny.
