It is nice to see a new techies guide to try out. I've always enjoyed Infused Raindrops and Tome of Knowledge to help techies. Protection from burst with mana regen, and better leveling.

A note however in your starting items. Robe of the Magi perhaps was meant to be Mantle of Intelligence, a 300 gold difference.
