And 6.87 just came out, the guide is subject to change and needs a lot of testing of course. This guide was made to give people a jump start on an item progression plan that includes Aghinems Scepter.

I meant that I never tried the Hurricane Pipe on Mirana and that I do not know if that particular item is good on her. Everything else makes sense.
