Uh you could have just made a build tab for raoming LS and then added this onto your other guide but okay.

Sure, Rage purges Orb of Venom. But, the thing is, it doesn't slow YOU, it slows your opponent. It's good because it adds much-needed chase to work with Open Wounds and Feast.

I've never or almost never built Orb of Venom on Lifestealer but I think it could be very good, since I'm pretty sure Rage will debuff it upon cast.
Can somebody confirm ?

Nice work, I like these kind of more situational guides where people explain gameplay according to certain situations. +1 for me

Much better. I do think, though, that if you want to roam you should have level 4 Open Wounds at 7. I actually really like the Medallion of Courage idea, it amplifies everything and works defensively too. Against today's tankier offlaners without a reliable escape, this build could be really good. Tidehunter, Nightstalker, and Tusk come to mind.
