Repoman got me thinking on what a good item for a upgrade would be.

Gear of the Slayer

+++ 900g Recipe (6000)

+ 14 Armor
+ 25 Damage
+ 100% Mana Regen
+ 20 Agility
+ 20 Attack Speed
+ 20% Movement Speed
+ 5 HP Regen

Passive: Lifesteal
16% Lifesteal

Active: Slayers Strike
Single Target
Selects a Hero. For the Duration, When in a 600 range of that hero you gain:

50% Lifesteal
522 MS
20% Bonus Attack Speed
7 Armor Reduction to You and All Units Around You (Allied and Enemy)

7 Second Duration

When Cast on Creep, it dominates that creep and Gives it a 5% increase to damage, armor, and movement speed.

I feel like this is actually really OP please help me to balance it.
