Health Regeneration Bonus: 0
Pulse Interval: 1
Pulse Damage: 18 / 32 / 46 / 60
Pulse Movement Speed Slow: 20% / 25% / 30% / 35%
Pulse Slow Duration: 0.5
Shield Duration: 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 s
Mana Cost: 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 Cooldown Time: 30 / 25 / 20 / 15
Additional Information
Originally crafted during his ambush for self-defense, the Lich is capable of enchanting others with a formidable defense of frost magic.

Creates a shield of frost around a target friendly unit. The shield adds armor and slows attacking melee units for 2 seconds. Lasts 40 seconds.
