Legion Commander - I kinda feel the bonus damage is a bit too much, let's say she won 5 level 1 duel, as the result she gained 100 bonus damage which is quite too much. Winning a level 3 duel will grant her 36 damage! Let's say she won a duel every 4 minutes, by 40:00 she will be getting 20x2+28x3+36x3 = 232 bonus damage, if the game is dragged to 60:00 it will be 232+36x5 = 412 damage.
Spirit Breaker - As Hamstertamer said that the buff is too much. Reliable stun with no mana cost will wreck laning phase, and also easy first blood.
Night Stalker - He is already powerful and you decided to make him stronger. Not to mentioned unpurgeable silence is OP enough but also miss chance on attack is also a very strong debuff.
Luna - Still I'm not getting the blue stick on her.
Anti-Mage - I like the active component idea but I don't think it will ever happens.
Sniper - That's a huge buff, he can now spam a 450 pure damage nuke every 10 seconds, if any squishy hero dare to come to him will be killed by 2 Assassinate and a few right-clicks.
Spirit Breaker - It's not powerful. You don't stun for 5.6 seconds on level 1 you know.
Night Stalker - The purpose of this hero was always to be feared at night. You can still dispel Void and Crippling Fear during the day, but you can't during the night. Don't complain about this because there are more scarier abilities that cannot be dispelled.
Troll Warlord - That's the whole point of it. Troll Warlord should be the one exceeding the AS cap and there's nothing wrong with it. Sine he 10% chance to bash, the AS cap removal pretty much solves this problem.
Axe - He know uses PRD, so it's safe to remove the CD. Because it's no longer a RNG spell, it can no longer proc more than 5 times in a row.
Totally confusing "changelog". Heroes that are OP this patch( Jakiro, Ogre Magi, Wraith King, Slark) are not even mentioned though some forgotten are tried to be brough back. No fix for BKB. You should fix what's broken before you start making old stars shine again.
And you don't understand. I've mentioned strong abilities that cannot be dispelled not silencing abilities. And besides the only strong abilities with silence that cannot be dispelled are Doom and Duel.

Yes, that was Hamster's point too. A 6 sec silence that is undispellable is way more impactful than an undispellable dot
Exactly what Swampmist1142 said : Storm Spirit gets hit by any of the spells on the list, he doesn't care and balls away. He gets hit by an 8 second undispellable silence, he sells his useless BKB and Euls that he bought for that very reason and uninstalls dota.
