Lillian, the Arcane Magi

Health: 480
Mana: 290
Strength: 16 | Gain: 1.8
Agility: 14 | Gain: 1.0
Intelligence: 20 | Gain: 2.3 (Primary Attribute!)

Q: Magic Flurry, (Target Enemy Unit) Cast Range: 650
Lillian unleashes a flurry of arcane bolts, each dealing minor damage and ministun.
Damage: 25/40/60/80
Total Bolts: 4
Ministun Duration: .2
Total Damage: 100/200/300/400
Cooldown: 20 Mana: 140/150/160/170

W: Seeker Shot, (Target Point) (Travels in Straight Line) Cast Range: 2500
Lilian fires off a bolt which travels in a line, if it comes within a 400 radius of an enemy hero, it will start seeking them, drastically increasing in speed.
Damage: 100/145/175/225
Base Speed: 500
Seeking Speed: 1000
Max Distance: 2500
Cooldown: 6/5/4/3 Mana: 90

E: Magic Buffer (Target Area) (Affects Allies) (AoE) Cast Range: 500
Lillian creates a magic shield in a target area, which increases all allied units' resistance to magic damage.
Magic Resistance Increase: 45%
Duration: 5
Cooldown: 30/27/24/20 Mana: 140/130/120/110

R: Arcane Apocalypse (No Target) (AoE)
Lillian reaches an overload in energies. Releasing it all in a huge burst of energy and firing dozens of arcane missiles into the air which seek out enemies in a huge radius. Each enemy in the radius can only be hit by 3/4/5 missiles. Each missile stuns for .3 seconds. Missiles fire instantly, and there are a total of 12 missiles. Missile target enemy heroes randomly.
Damage: 100/125/150 (Total Damage to single target: 300/500/750)
Radius: 1000
Cooldown: 150 Mana: 200/400/600

This hero seems to be based around her nukes. She has nearly no disable to speak of (bar the mini-stuns), but she can do so much damage with a combination of Magic Flurry and Seeker Shot, which would completely decimate most squishy heroes.

Most non-ultimate reliable magical nukes have a cap at about 300 damage, but Magic Flurry does 400 while still being extremely reliable. It even has nifty mini-stuns to go with it! This hero has a low intelligence growth to balance it out, I suppose, but the mana issues are easily remedied by items, I feel. Perhaps decreasing the damage per shot to something like 25/45/65/85 (100/180/260/340) would be a good idea.

Seeker Shot seems a little counter-intuitive; the cooldown indicates that it is meant to be spammed, yet the mana cost is too high for the player to do so. Perhaps you were going for a spell that becomes more and more accessible later on, when her mana pool becomes bigger. However, the blast has no additional effects on enemies, and, coupled with her low base intelligence and intelligence growth, she easily runs out of mana casting this spell unless she gets the items to increase her maximum mana. However, when she does get her items, enemies will go "pop".

Magic Buffer isn't really worth the mana cost at at levels. Perhaps you could increase the bonus magic resistance to 50% and make the duration constant at all levels (5 seconds should suffice). Each point in this spell could decrease the mana cost and cooldown instead. Then maybe people will invest at least 1 point in it to keep themselves or their teammates alive.

Arcane Apocalypse? BOOM BOOM CRACK CRACKLE POW DOUBLE KILL TRIPLE KILL KILLING SPREE ULTRA KILL DOMINATING RAMPAGE.

Since this hero clearly needs items and levels to fuel her spell-spamming habits, she should be on the mid lane. Not much lane control since she has no AoE nuke, but I think she can manage. Perhaps an increase in her agility gain would help with her survivability. If she manages to survive he midlane, however, her enemies are gonna have a tough time fighting her (until Blademail of course :P).

Nice hero idea, hope to see more!

P.S. Almost done with mine :D.

Thanks for the comment! Haven't done an idea in forever!

Okay, so a couple of the skills need some re-scaling. The reason some of the mana costs are so high is because she had a passive that permanently increased her mana pool each time she casted a spell, but since that has been removed guess I should change some of the mana costs and maybe stat growth.

And... is the ult too OP? I could probably lower the amount of missiles so it can't hit all enemies the max amount of times lol.

Looks solid, although a little boring in idea (full nuker=meh)

Everything is fine. Ulti will just require luck, assuming 5 heroes in an area. Although need some mana cost buff, imo.

The Yzreel treatment.

Not really, Yzreel has more words.
Where is he, by the way?

I don't really do the "Yzreel treatment". I focus more on the 'themes' of the spells, i.e. what it was created to do, and usability of the hero and try to improve on the idea by guiding it towards the said themes. This hero is pretty thematically sound, so I have nothing to say about that, but there were a couple of glaring balance issues that were impairing the hero's usability, and that I must attend to. Yzreel focuses more on tweaking and balancing the numbers, and he's really good at that.

Wonder what he's doing right now. Might be on a holiday.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention that Yzreel also suggests changing or adding different effects for spells to make them more unique.
