Poll Question:

Is Juggernaut unplayable now?
No, you silly, he is perfectly fine.
He is not, but he is limited to Pubs.
Yes, he needs some kind of rework.
You all are building him wrong, I have the answer.

fallen off? he was never really there. he occasionally does well in pubs where he gets played as a walking ult pubstomper. and the most succes he saw in professional play was TI2 navi and a bit of play as a support in TI4.

in pubs he is praised for his kill potential in lane, but he is really overrated in that regard IMO. he is outclassed as a laner by gyrocopter.

so what role does he fit? A PUSHER. shame most pub players go for stats and not his best ability Healing Ward.

but the problem ofcourse is that its hard to organise a push in pubs especially since he doesnt do much tower damage himself.

he also suffers from the mirana syndrome. does NO damage with rightclicks in the midgame, and only starts chopping people with 2 damage items.
so he is not really a hardcarry since he lacks lategame utility, but more of a lategame damage dealer like troll warlord or slark.

i think he should receive some buffs in the laning department, something like more base damage, movespeed or armor.

I'd agree with a lot of the comments here - Juggernaut should be played as a snowballer, not an AFK farmer. He has great early and midgame killing power, plus the pushing power of Healing Ward - you should be actively ganking and pushing, joining team fights, as well as farming. Your potential GPM/XPM is much higher than a hard carry if you play him correctly.

He doesn't need a BKB thanks to his magic immunity, and so comes online much faster, plus you can concentrate on damage items rather than protection. His crits are very reliable (if unspectacular) meaning that he's not useless later on provided you snowballed effectively and maintain a gold/xp lead over harder carries.

Really you should be looking to end games before hard carries really start blossoming though - I don't want to see Battle Fury (unless your team has a LOT of lockdown) or Hand of Midas on him. Solve his mana/stats issues quickly, roll into Aghs and then add damage.

This again, again and again. Max Healing Ward by level 10 already, and five man push with your team! Juggernaut is basically a pushing carry with a teamfight ultimate: if you want to perform a pushing strat and need a core Hero, he's between the top 5 of the list. Too bad he's outclassed by Razor in both pushing and teamfighting, so we won't see him much before the Lightning Revenant gets nerfed.

About pubs, I always get stomped by him (unless playing with reliable friends) and I don't understand why. The funny thing is, I never find a teammate that plays him well.

I think The skill built should be like this:
Level 1: Blade Fury
Level 2:Stat point
Level 3: Blade Fury
Level 4: Healing Ward
Level 5: Blade Fury
Level 6: Omnislash
Level 7: Blade Fury
Level 8: Blade Dance
Level 9: Healing Ward
Level 10: Healing Ward
Level 11: Omnislash
Level 12: Healing Ward
Level 13: Blade Dance
Level 14: Blade Dance
Level 15: Blade Dance
Level 16: Omnislash
Level 17-25:Stats
Gr8 b8, m8. I rel8, str8 appreci8, and congratul8. I r8 this b8 an 8/8. Plz no h8, I'm str8 ir8. Cr8 more, can't w8. We should convers8, I won't ber8, my number is 8888888, ask for N8. My build for Support Jugg would usually be:-

Urn of Shadows -> Blink Dagger -> Agahnim's Scepter -> Utility

You level him almost the same as you would a Carry Jugg, Max Blade Fury by lvl7 and Healing Ward by 9 or 10 with an early point in Stats, take stats at 12-15 as well, you'll need them more than the Crit. You can leave Crit for later, probably around lvl17-20.

Roam right from the beginning and look for Kills, Blade Fury is one of the strongest lvl1 Nukes in the game, and makes you impossible to Stun (there's only Bashes and Ensnare to stop you at lvl1). Keep on Ganking and use that to Snowball and afford your Blink Dagger. Once you have Blink Dagger, you can chase down evasive heroes and Blink Dagger -> Omnislash -> Blade Fury in Teamfights.

You get Jugg as a Support when you have plenty of Lockdown and want more Push from a Support who can actually survive on the front lines early on. Try comboing him with Shadow Shaman, Romaing Support Push Duo! 8{D
