Agh'Elbereth, The Magic consumer

Roles:

Durable, support, nuker, tank.

Lore:

In the depth of radiant forest, between the shadows of the highest mountains was a small village of Elven outcasts. All those betrayed by their nations gathered in that small tranquil home. Not only did they live there, they also created life. Many elven children played in the gloomy forest, one of them Elbereth, a young elven child, praised to be the next leader of the hidden village. Many travellers passed by the villages, but only a handful were permitted to percept it. From normal humans to lonesome druids. One day a new traveller emerged from the outskirts of the forest. A great mage, he said he was, surpassed by none, looking for a challenge. He said to have come looking for a powerful mage rumoured to live in the forests, Elbereth's father. He waited for 30 days for Elbereth's father, living in the village, helping the residents, creating bonds of friendship with everyone he met. Most of all however he bonded with young Elbereth, became his most powerful teacher, but also his best friend. He was accepted into the Elven society with ease, without even revealing his true name.

Finally on the 31st day of the mage's stay, Atos, father of Elbereth came home. Without hesitation and a minute to spare, he was challenged by a guest. Smirking, he asked "Are you sure, traveller? Not many survived after a battle with me. Tell me your name first". "Aghanim" the traveller murmured, watching the smirk on Atos's face disappearing. Elbereth watched in confusion as two mages stared each other down, electrifying the atmosphere. Two mages pulled out their weapons. Aghanim with his Scepter and Atos with his Rod emerged in a fatal battle. Elbereth terrified of the outcome simply watched. The battle didn't last for long. Soon Aghanim was standing on top of Atos's lifeless body... Furious. "That wasn't even a challenge!" He thunderously screamed, wiping out the whole village, using his bloodstained scepter to murder every single elf in the village one by one.

Elbereth stood there frozen. His fists slowly squeezing his Magic Wand. Soon Aghanim, the wretched mage-murderer turned to the young child. "May be you will be more entertaining than your father. Come on!" he rustily whispered. Elbereth watched as a giant burst of magical power was shot towards him. "I can't die" he screamed and as he opened his mouth, he began to drain his master's magical attack. Aghanim stood there amazed as his young pupil spewed his magic back at him blasting his body into tiny ripped pieces.

Elbereth picked up the scepter of his master, crying in the middle of the bloody rain. Suddenly his tears and sobs stopped. "I will devour all the magic in this world. I will be the only mage alive. The only and the most powerful one. Thank you, master for teaching it that to me. I shall never forget your lesson, as you are a part of me now. Agh'Elbereth my name shall be. Agh'Elbereth" he slowly whispered to himself, walking out of the bloody forest he once called home, alone betrayed by his own race and master. A lonely journey ahead of hate filled mage...

I'm confused at what the Q does.

It nullifies magic resistance given by others.
It gives magic absorption. Damage that is absorbed gives charges to him.

What are the charges for?

Perhaps I wasn't quite clear on that. It is confusing if you don't read on. Added a sentence explaining why the charges are needed. Thanx ^^

Yep. It's under Notes on [Q]. If they didn't it would be kinda OP since CD on E is 5 seconds when maxed out and Refresher Orb woulda messed up the whole enemy team :D
