Physics

Radiant Ranged

Strength: 19 +1
Intelligence: 19 +1
Agility: 19 +1

Helath: 511 Mana: 247 Armor: 1 Damage: 55 Move Speed: 305

Lore
When the Elder Titan created this universe and the four fundamental heroes, the world was still in a mess. At what speed could Ezalor run? Who taught
Io its magic? It was all Physics, the Laws of the Universe. It is he who keeps the world in place, making strict guidelines for everyone. But Physics has sensed that their is a problem in this Multi-Plane existence. A plane where time does not exist properly. Tracing the problem through multiple planes, it was found that the problem existed because of the Ancients. Artifacts of life, and destruction, an ancient magic only known by the Old Ones binds these two stones to fight against each other, creating disruptions in this multi-plane existence. Both of the ancients have to go, but because of the old magic in them, one can only destroy an ancient through a battle. For now, Physics will report to the Elder Titan, but soon, he will meet many Heroes of this universe in a battle.

Velocity/Mass/Energy

Physics' primary attribute is changed depending on the ability used (Velocity is agility, Mass is Strength and energy is int). Physic also gains 25%/50%/75%/100% + 10 of his (new) primary attribute.
Mana: 75 CD: 5 sec

Note: You will only have 2 ability choices and when you use one, it is replaced with the ability that isn't there. Also your starting attribute is intelligence

F=ma

Unit Target
Deals magic damage based off the (targets speed+primary attribue)/2 and a added effect based off your primary attribute. This ability uses the targets current stats, not the base stats (so boots of speed will increase damage).
Int: Stuns for 1/1.2/1.5/2 seconds
Agy: Decreases speed by 20%/25%/30%/40% for 2 seconds
Str: F=ma deals 40%/30%/25%/20% less damage, but now hits in a 1100 AoE
Mana: 120/130/140/150 CD: 15 sec

Physical Properties

Passive
Added effects are given based off Physics primary attribute
Int: Restores 5%/7%/9%/12% of you and your nearby allies' health when you use a mana costing spell/item.
Agy: 15%/20%/25%/30% to critical hit dealing 190% damage (Possibly buff this?)
Str: Gains 5/7/9/10 health regen when Physic's looses 30% or more of his health in under 5 seconds lasts until Physics' health is above 90%

Obliviate

Global
All enemy heroes have their primary attribute changed to Physic's primary attribute, while Physics steals 7/8/9 of each enemy heroes new primary attribute (effects heroes that share a primary attribute with Physics). Lasts: 7 seconds
Mana: 170 CD: 100/90/80

Upgraded by Aghanim's Scepter Stealing 9/10/12, has a CD of 80/70/60, lasts 10 seconds and permanently decreases enemy hero's primary attribute (original) by 5 if they die while they have this debuff.
Before you ask why, think for a moment, why not.
