Lore:
In a bustling town of arcane arts, one is required to have all their senses to fully utilize magic. Men that are impaired in one or more are unable to make a living and are reduced to the streets, to eek out a miserable existence through change collected from the kind souls passing them by. But one such person refused to live such a pitiful life. Instead of begging, he sang and danced on the main street of the town, earning money through his performances, which he used to fill his stomach and improve his performances. And he enjoyed what he did.
The man's work caught the eye of a magus, Anchromidas, passing through the main streets with newly-bought supplies. He sensed a strong will and commitment in his heart, and so he whispered into his ear after a performance, "Come with me, and I will help you." The man declined, saying he didn't want to live on the sympathy of others. After some convincing (and a promise to regain his sense of sight), the man agreed to follow Anchromidas back to his castle on the outskirts of the city.
The magus led the man into his library, an archive of almost all spells that were casted. Anchromidas opened a book that he had written itself, and flipped to a page with the recipe for an experimental spell, one that has not been casted by any in the history of magic. Channeling his magical energies, Anchromidas uttered a few enchantments and then directed it upon the man. He witnessed a bright flash of light, and instantly felt a burning sensation in his left eye and an icy chill in his right. When the effects subsided, he could see, in full colour and detail.
And he sang and danced once more.

Q: All-seeing Eyes
Type: Target-Point
Affects: Enemies
Reveals the target area and slightly increases the damage taken by enemies within the radius.
- 1000 range
- 400/500/600/700 radius
- 10% damage amplification from skills
- 6/8/10/12 second duration
- 70 mana cost
- 20 second cooldown

Opticulus makes sure that his enemies never leave his sight.

Notes:

W: Burning Sight
Type: No Target
Affects: Self and Enemies
Damage: Magical
When activated, Visio deals damage over time to enemies in front of him in a cone wherever he goes. Deals extra damage to illusions.
- 500/550/600/650 range (300-400/450/500/550 width)
- 20/35/50/75 damage per second
- +50% damage against illusions
- 5 second duration
- 100/115/130/145 mana cost
- 10 second cooldown

Flames lash out from his blazing left eye, leaving enemies charred.

Notes:

E: Frigid Gaze
Type: No Target
Affects: Enemies
Damage: Magical
CHANNELING - Visio performs an icy stare in a cone in front if him. Affected enemies are slowed gradually if they stay in the area. When the channeling ends or if they leave the range of the spell, the affected enemies will gradually regain their speed over the course of a few seconds. When affected enemies are slowed to 100 movement speed, they will be rooted for the rest of the duration (including after the channeling).
- 400/450/500/550 range (300-375/400/425/450 width)
- 15/20/25/30% slow increase per second
- 2 second slow stickiness
- 4/4/5/5 second duration
- 120 mana cost
- 20 second cooldown

Frost emanates from his glacial right eye, chilling enemies to the bone.

Notes:

R: Unveil
Type: Target-Point
Affects: Enemies
Damage: Magical
Visio concentrates the power of both his eyes on the target area, dispelling invisibility from enemies and destroying all enemy illusions. Enemies are then slowed and take damage over time based on the level of Frigid Gaze and Burning Sight, respectively, for a short duration.
- 800 range
- 400/500/600 radius
- 20/35/50/75 damage per second based on level of Burning Sight for 5 seconds
- 10/20/30/40% slow based on level of Frigid Gaze for 4 seconds
- 150/200/250 mana cost
- 150 second cooldown

Upgradeable by Aghanim's Scepter

Anchromidas taught Visio to see through an enemy's trickery.

Notes:

Good combos with heroes:

Venomancer, Warlock, Dazzle
Easily gets enemies to 100 movement speed with powerful disables. This will cause Frigid Gaze to root enemies faster.

Lion, Shadow Shaman, powerful disablers
Keeps enemies in place for you to cast your spells without interruptions.

Magnus, Puck, Enigma
Holds multiple heroes in place for you to pull off AoE skills.

This hero specializes in countering illusions and invisibility. Instead of following the conventional ideas for the anti-invisibility, like giving direct true sight to the hero, I've decided to take a unique approach to this concept. The only ability that directly reveals heroes is Unveil, which has a 150 second cooldown, while the other, Frigid Gaze, requires some skill and prediction to use. Please leave feedback on this idea :)

The concept is quite new and weird at the same time. The ultimate somehow reminded me of Jakiro with his Twinbreath. To say, this will work really well with Chronsphere or other mass stun, great teamfigt skill. Its good, but this Hero's first skill seemed alike to Bounty Hunter's Track with out the bonus gold. Try to make it slightly more unique. This hero is Chaos Knight's worse nightmare

I was trying to find something I replace his current first skill, but I couldn't think of anything. Any suggestions?

If you are bored, try to make a flame based elemental, like the Morpling's counter part. I got a terrific idea in my own tread, look for "spreading flames"

Orrrrrr you could simply increase Visio's sight range for passive plus an active that allow you to view a large targeted area in the map. After all, this have everything to do with sight and eyes, right?

Hmm... Sounds like a good skill, but I instead of increasing his own sight range (which is slightly higher than normal), a damage amplification sounds good. Also, looking at Visio's ultimate again, I think it deals too much damage, so I will nerf it :3

EDIT:
The flame elemental idea sounds fun to make, I think I will :D

And also, I don't get why the Hero is a Dire intelligence. He got a happy background and such. Shouldn't he be rejoicing in the colorful Radiant instead of sulking in the gloom of Dire to enjoy his newly regained sight?

Quote to Jakiro "Two head, four eyes and you still can't see me"
Try to balance Unveil's mana cost and cool down a bit more, and the quote for All-seeing Eyes should be "Visio see you, see through you and see in you"
