I've been looking at this game for a while, and being a PC gamer I hear about it being great non-stop. I just recently saw this trailer of sorts somewhere, and it really got me wanting the game.

I had a few questions:

1.) What is the enhanced edition exactly? Has it been released yet or is it coming soon?

2.) Give me your thoughts on the game. I like RPGs such as Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim. Will I like the Witcher 2?

I just bought it recently, so I don't have a lot of feedback to offer you, but so far it's intense, in a good way. You'll have to ask Matt or Flash how it compares to the games you mentioned above. I may get yelled at for this, but I would compare it to Assassin's Creed in terms of game progression, with a bit more control over the plot. The world is absolutely stunning, provided you have the system requirements to max out the options - speaking of which, the "recommended" should actually be the "minimum" system requirements. It took some tweaking for me to get the game running smoothly, but I expect it will be many hours well wasted over the coming months... at least until GW2 is released ;)

I got the Witcher when it was on a Steam sale a while back. It's not as open as you'd expect. It's more difficulty and clashed based. You'll expect Dark Soul's fans to enjoy it. I personally didn't like it, because the gameplay is too slow for me. The early parts of the game just seemed to drag on, with nothing particularly "awesome" to keep me involved.

Not a bad game though, nice gameplay, fully voiced, enhanced edition adds some extra features.

If you're still interested Atlas, I've played Withcher 2. It has a huge world to explore, you need to follow pretty much every quest though, in order to advance. It starts out pretty easy, but gets a lot harder fast. The enhanced edition just came out as you probably know, but I havn't gotten a chance to play it yet due to an 11gb update....

Haha don't you just love updates like that?

Even better than reinstalling a huge MMO... #SWTOR

I've already bought it and I play it when I get the chance. I love the game, I play on easy though, but only because I like the story more than the challenge.

I know, the reason I had stopped playing it a while ago was because i could not beat Letho, I had put it on a harder difficulty... BIG MISTAKE!

I didn't feel like restarting, but now that there is a huge update, I figure I'll give it another shot :)
