How not to derp?

Hi everyone! :)

So well, i am new here and i came for exactly for one reason, to learn something about the game and maybe find people who want to play with me and teach me how not to derp!

I already invested some time and know the mechanics, but, lets say i am still really unsure about everything and would be really glad about any comments and tipps from people who wanna voicechat and know what they are doing!
I can communicate in english, german and russian!

Step 1) Set your key bindings and make sure they are universal across all heroes
Step 2) Get into the habit of checking the mini map very often.
Step 3) If you suck, accept it and improve. (That's what i do. I hate being worse than someone else)
Step 4) Play with low ping.
Step 5) Understand the map

I've played more than enough MOBA, especially DotA to know alot of minor tricks that may help your gameplay improve.
