Brothers of Darkness: Zaifei the Dark Channeler, and Mefisto the Fearmonger

These two brothers were born into the dark powers of the dire, raised to be some of the strongest heroes, especially when together. They mastered the dark arts together, but had they're own special powers. Zaifei grew in physical prowess, and the dark magic surrounded his palms and formed it's own fists controlled by him. Mefisto had mastered the magic over the mind, and had used his powers to entice his enemies in nightmare, and leave them all fear stricken. Yet though they grew and were strong together, they drifted ever apart, Mefisto grew fond of the dire, but Zaifei migrated to the radiant and abandoned his home in search of an new destiny. Now the brothers engage in the largest clash of sibling rivalry, as Zaifei tries to bring the dire to justice, and Mefisto wishes to make his brother pay for his betrayal. The battlefield will not only be filled with mayhem, but emotion will now rise to the peaks! I present the brothers of darkness, Zaifei and Mefisto!

ZAIFEI, THE DARK CHANNELER
Faction: Radiant
Attack type: Melee (Fists of Darkness)
Primary Attribute: Agility
Roles: Carry, Ganker, Nuker, Escape

SKILLS
Fist Surge
Sends a wall of dark hands in a straight line to deal damage to all enemies it hits.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Point
Allowed Targets: Enemy Units
Similar to Death Prophet's Crypt Swarm

Strangle Grip
Launches a hand in a line to grab the nearest unit, structure, or tree.
If it is a structure or tree, Zaifei quickly brings himself to it like a grappling hook.
If it is a unit, he brings the unit towards him, if the unit is an enemy, it is slammed to the ground, dealing damage and stunning for 1.5 seconds.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Point
Allowed Targets: Any Unit, Structure, or tree within casting radius.
Stun Duration: 1.5 Seconds
Similar to Pudge's Meat Hook

Martial Artist
Strings Zaifei's regular attack into a combo attack, so his attack speed is rapid during combos. For each level gained in this ability, an extra attack is added to the combo. (So at level 1 two attacks would rapidly combo together, at Level 2 three attacks combo etc.) At level four the fifth attack is a combo finisher attack which can cause one of five random effects, either mini stun, bonus damage, launched into the air, damage to surrounding enemies as well, or a 3 hit flurry.
Casting Method: Passive
Allowed Targets: Self
Bonus Damage: 40
This is his signature skill, unlike anything else! Could be an orb effect.

ULTIMATE - Seismic Toss
Rushes head first towards a selected hero a high speed, grabbing it on contact, then jumping high into the air and slamming the target to the ground with huge force dealing massive damage, and stunning for 4/6/8 seconds (that is if they survive) any enemy unit caught directly where the impact was suffers the same effects as the grabbed target. Also creates a shockwave that hits all enemies in a large radius for a fraction of the damage, and stun, decreasing in damage and duration the further away from impact the enemy was. Stops any channeling abilities. Can be targeted when rushing to enemy, but neither you nor your victim can be targeted or hit by any AoE spells while airborne.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Target selected instantly, but takes time to get to it.
Allowed Targets: Enemy Heroes
Stun Duration: 4/6/8 seconds
Think of the toss itself like the one from Pokemon (if you know what I mean) also think of the shockwave like Razor's Plasma Field, only decreasing in damage because of distance and it doesn't make a trip back.

MEFISTO THE FEARMONGER
Faction: Dire
Attack Type: Ranged (Wand of Fear)
Primary Attribute: Intelligence
Roles: Support, Initiator, Disabler, Escape

SKILLS

Fear
Lowers attack power and physical defense, and slows movement and attack speed of all enemies in an AoE.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: AoE
Allowed Targets: Enemy Units
Duration: 3/5/7/9
It will have a short mana cost and cooldown, but multiple instances of fear will not stack. However it will stack with his other reducing skills.

Nightmare Shackle
Lowers attack power and physical defense of the selected enemy unit, and all of their allies.
The more allies around the target, the greater the reduction.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Unit
Allowed Targets: Enemy Units
This skill is a lot like Warlock's Fatal Bonds, but it weakens rather than deals damage. It is good for countering turtling strategies, or for weakening a team before a teamfight. The idea for this character is to come in right before the team fight happens and weaken the enemies and get out. This skill stacks with his other weakening skills.

Vanish
Applies a barrier to Mefisto for 45 seconds, if at any time during the effect he takes player based damage, the barrier is activated, a smokescreen appears slowing and silencing the attacker, and enemies close enough to the smokescreen, Mefisto also becomes invisible for a short time.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Instant
Allowed Targets: Self
Duration: 45 seconds
Slow Duration: 4 seconds
Silence Duration: 4 seconds
This is Mefisto's escape tool, the one defense he has for his major weakness: his squishiness. If timed correctly with the initiation, it can be one more weakness on the enemy. It can also be used to escape ganks, the problem is the cooldown is long, so use it when you feel you need it. Also use it when the enemy can't see you use it because they won't be able to see that it is active, but will be able to tell if you show the casting animation. Once this has been popped however the initiation is over, as your escape tool can fade fast and you won't be able to use it again.

ULTIMATE - Wave of Panic
Deals damage and weakens all enemies around Mefisto in a medium radius.
Casting Method: Active
Targeting Method: Instant
Allowed Targets: Enemy Units
Weaken Duration: 5/6/7 seconds
This is what completes the initiation, weakening the enemy with the other two skills though will not boost this skill since the damage done is magical and Mefisto's weakness skills reduce physical defense. This is a nuke but a strong one, it's for the teamfight initiation. This is also good to use during the teamfight too.

EXTRA INFORMATION
There is also a special "passive skill" they both have. If both Dark Channeler and Fearmonger are in the same game a passive will activate. If on the same team, brotherhood activates boosting damage dealt while near each other. If on separate teams Sibling Rivalry activates boosting damage they deal on each other when near each other and when they have sight of each other.
