Xxee-The DoppelGanger



Bio: Xxee was a powerful ruler in the underworld. He would spend his time watching the conflict
of the many warriors above.

When a hero would die he would study them in fascination. On one glorious battlefield Xxee
could no longer simply watch as his hunger to participate had grown to much.

He anchored onto a hero raising back to life
and tore out of the underworld, where he used his maleficent powers to twist the minds of others and strike fear and confusion into the battlefield.

The DoppleGanger has very poor stats and stat gain and does not gain damage from any stats however this is somewhat nullified with its power to possess powerful creeps.

Strength- 11 + [0.9]
Agility- 10 + [1]
Intelligence- 13 + [1.7]

Attack Range:|128(Melee)


Possess - Activate,Target unit
Enters the targets mind attempting to enslave it, if targeting a hero you will enter there body and fight for control stunning the hero. If a neutral is targeted you permanently take control gaining its abilities as well as having half of your hit points,mana,damage and armor added to the neutral target. Bolstering the target with your presence will increase its size slightly.

Mana Cooldown Range AoE Duration Effects
1|150|60 sec|500|0|2.5seconds|Permanently control a neutral creep/stun enemy hero.
2|150|55 sec|500|0|3 seconds|Permanently control a neutral creep/stun enemy hero.
3|150|50 sec|500|0|3.5 seconds|Permanently control a neutral creep/stun enemy hero.
4|150|45 sec|500|0|4 seconds|Permanently control a neutral creep/stun enemy hero.

Note: When possessing a hero or enemy neutral you enter into its body kinda like Naix, after being stunned for a short duration a hero will reject you and you will be expelled. Some summons can be possessed such as spirit bear(ally only)forge spirits and quilboar, this spell cannot target magic immune units other than mud golems. While possessing a neutral creep you will have your base 290 speed and all items and stats work while possessing you also retain your own attack speed.

Copyform - activate target unit
The DoppelGanger copies the form of another hero temorarily gaining its abilities and items. A link is created by the the 2 heroes and damage is split between them equaly for the duration Xxee can only do 50% of the damage the original hero does.

Mana Cooldown Range AoE Duration Effects
1|175 |60s|400|0|12|Copy the form of a hero.
2|150 |60s|400|0|14|Copy the form of a hero.
3|125 |60s|400|0|17|Copy the form of a hero.
4|120 |60s|400|0|20|Copy the form of a hero.

Note: The link between the two heroes can benefit an ally or hinder an enemy as if you copy an enemy hero any damage inflicted onto the DoppelGanger, 50% is received by the enemy hero kind of like fatal Bonds. This spell cannot target magic immune units. This spell breaks Possess.

Symbiosis- Activate, Target ally

The DoppelGanger leaves a piece of its soul within an ally allowing him to appear next to that hero, this can be used on multiple targets.

Mana Cooldown Range AoE Duration Effects
1|150|15 sec|500|0|35 seconds|Teleport to a allie who hosts a piece of your soul.
2|140|15 sec|500|0|40 seconds|Teleport to a allie who hosts a piece of your soul
3|130|15 sec|500|0|45 seconds|Teleport to a allie who hosts a piece of your soul
4|120|15 sec|500|0|50 seconds|Teleport to a allie who hosts a piece of your soul

Notes: Simply use the spell on an ally target to imprint it with a piece of your soul and use the spell again on the same target to teleport to them, both placing and teleporting invoke the cooldown. Cannot target magic immune units.

Lord of the Grave - Passive-target area

The DoppelGanger has a great deal of leeway in the underworld and he can even bend the rules, he can cut in line and reduce the time spent dead, he also can choose where he spawns.

Mana Cooldown Range AoE Duration Effects

1|0|0|Unlimited|N.A|0|Reduced duration dead by 20% and allows him to respawn anywhere.
2|0|0|Unlimited|N.A|0|Reduced duration dead by 35% and allows him to respawn anywhere.
3|0|0|Unlimited|N.A|0|Reduced duration dead by 50% and allows him to respawn anywhere.


Note: Cannot spawn in the enemy base. This ability can be used anywhere on the map with the exception of the enemy base or obstructed terrain and places a beacon which only the DoppelGanger can see which pull him to that spot when respawning

Do you choose where to respawn with ult or is it randomly?Other than that,seems unique, and well rounded imo.


EDIT:His stats are horrible.Please remake them.He has less HP than Keeper of the Light at level 1.

You can choose the location with the ultimate. It should prevent respawns in locations where enemies have vision though, not just in their base.

He is a Doppelganger, his stats should come from his opponents, so his stats should be bad to begin with. Although the only problem is with health, increase his strength but leave the rest unchanged.


EDIT:
There is nothing wrong with his starting strength, he can Possess a Hellbear Smasher or something to gain its health + his own health, and that is quite tanky. Its only his strength gain that needs tweaking. Speaking of neutral creeps, do his skills transfer over to the creep as well?

Thanks for your replies. To start with yes your right his ultimate can be chosen where he spawns, however there are limits, you cannot spawn in the enemy base or obstructed terrain. This hero was designed purposefully with low stats since his skill set is designed around adding his own strength to possessed targets and using them for his survivability.

Lets say he uses his first skill and possess a Centaur Conquer at level 1.
His stats would be...
Health:1279
Mana:284
Damage:64-72
Armor:7
Movement Speed:290/340(with boots)
Ability: Posses, Copy Form, Symbiosis, War Stomp, Swiftness Aura, Lord of the Grave.

Well then I should say that you should add a level cap to the possessed creeps.Like lvl 1:only lvl 2 creeps,2:lvl 3 creeps and so on.

I thought about that to but there are already a few heroes who have the ability to take the powers of large creeps for themselves including Doom, Chen and Enchantress, the only really difference is this hero would also be taking the body of the creep which in a certain way I think is both good and bad, with Chen and Enchantress you can effectively stack the two units damage on top of each other at the cost of reduced survivability, where as the DoppleGanger simply adds a portion of his strength to the creep and basically becomes the creep so I decided it was balanced as far as being able to take any creep from level 1 but I am not positive.

I also considered that when he uses his Symbiosis spell on a target maybe he should also bolster the target in some way perhaps adding some of his stats to them.
