What do you think of Meteor Hammer on him? Bat is, perhaps, the best hero for this item in the game - its damage goes well with Napalm and Lasso provides sufficient lockdown to cast it and chain stun for a quick solo kill. Plus Bat has very little tower damage and it helps him contribute to highground pushes.
