Another thing that I would like to see is the ability table and which talents to pick (even though they aren't that hard to figure out, I think they are essential parts of any guide). Also there should be more situational items like vladimir's offering, ***asult cuirass and Black King Bar (which are viable in some games - you shouldn't go for the same build everytime).

Ok first off, as a Phantom Assassin you always want to get a Poor Man's Shield. It keeps you alive since you have no survivability early game. Also, I do this on a lot of heroes but Phantom Assassin isn't one of them. You never leave your Boots of Speed as is until late game to get Boots of Travel. You should always get Phase Boots first. You also need a Desolator as a situational item if anything. You don't build a Battle Fury on her anymore and Eye of Skadi shouldn't be built that early. Crimson Guard should never be built on a Phantom Assassin. The Vanguard I'm assuming you want to build should be made into an Abyssal Blade. You need to put more variety in your guide. Get some color or bbcode in there and explain more. This guide T.B.H. is very bland and not all that helpful.
