100% critical strike

True strike on every hit

MANA COST PER EVERY ATTACK (that is true strike critical hit)

Last and final point

You cannot life steal off of the true strike crits unless you have spell life steal

I actually don't get your point at all.
Are you saying it's op? (look at the cost)
Are you saying it's underwhelming? (why exactly, seems pretty good to me)
