Allowed Targets:Enemy Heroes
Creates a charged link between Razor and an enemy Hero, stealing damage from the target and giving it to Razor. Allows Razor to attack while moving with the link active

Link Duration: 10
Buff Duration: 12 / 14 / 16 / 18
Damage Drain Rate: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20


Increases cast range by 150 and adds alternative cast to Static Link. When toggled on, it pulls Razor and his linked target toward each other at a rate of 100 units/s while the link is active. The pull stops if the distance is less than 175 units from Razor. Does not affect debuff immune enemies.
Mana Cost: 65 Cooldown Time: 50 / 40 / 30 / 20
Additional Information
Razor's polarity channels electricity into his being, draining the power of his opposition.

Taps into the energy of a target hero, creating a charged link between Razor and his foe. As long as this link is maintained, Razor will continue to steal damage from the target and add it to his own. Drains up to 8 seconds. Bonus lasts 13 seconds after that.
