Casting Method:Active
Allowed Targets:Self
Phantom Assassin focuses inward, increasing her ability to evade emeny attacks. Can be activated to bluer her body, causing her to be imposibble to see until near enemy heroes. Stacks diminishingly with other sources of Evasion.

Causes Blur to have instant cast time and applies a dispel. Anytime you get a hero kill, your abilities are refreshed. Reduces Blur cooldown.


Evasion: 15% / 25% / 35% / 45%
Duration: 30
Vanish Radius: 500
Vanish Buffer: 0.5
Scepter Cooldown: 10
Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown Time: 60 / 55 / 50 / 45
Additional Information
Meditation allows a Veiled Sister to carefully anticipate her opponents in combat.

Yea you did said that but in case other people doesn't know it's actually ignoring the miss chance, so I'll just further explain.

Take down a spider web using hand and shooting laser through a spider web is nothing alike.

Yeah, Monkey King Bar gives true strike to the hero which is basically like disabling Blur.
