Ursa is my most favorite hero in Dota 2 because it was most powerful hero in Dota all the time.I write this guide to share my experiences of playing him.You cannot kill him 1 vs 1 . Every time you use Ursa and play with it carefully with right item build , you can kill up to 10 kill and dead less than 5. I will post a screenshot and replay soon.

[+] Easy to play with him.

[+] Can take on 5 heroes at once with the right items
[+] Quick hero killer with Fury Swipes
Cons
[-] Can be item dependent
[-] Even with 310 MS, still pretty slow for chasing
[-] The main target for ganks and clashes
[-] Can be counter by Blade Mail or Disabler
[-] Slow attack without Overpower
1. Earthshock
Key Bind: Q
Ursa slams the earth, causing a powerful shock to damage and slow all enemy units in a nearby area.
Area: 365
Damage: 90 / 140 / 190 / 240
Slow: 25% / 35% / 45% / 55%
Duration: 4
Mana Cost: 75 Cooldown Time: 7
2. Fury Swipes
Key Bind: E
Ursa's claws dig deeper wounds in the enemy, causing consecutive attacks to deal more damage. The additional damage is reset at 6 attacks.
Bonus damage per attack: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25
Duration: 6
3. Overpower
Key Bind: W
Using his skill in combat, Ursa gains increased attack speed for a number of subsequent attacks.
Area: 365
Effect: 400% Attack speed
Duration: 15
Number of attacks: 3 / 4 / 5 / 6
Mana Cost: 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 Cooldown Time: 10
4. Enrage
Key Bind: R
Ursa goes into a frenzy, gaining a percentage of his current health as bonus damage.
Percent of current life added to damage: 4% / 5% / 6%
Duration: 15
Cooldown Time: 25
1. Black King Bar : When there too much Disabler or spell chaster like Stun or Nuke damage spell.
2. Blade Mail : If they have Carry which deal alot damage like 
Huskar.
3. Skull Basher : If they have Carry you can kill them easy with Skull Basher.
4. Manta Style : If they have Orb effect hero like 
Anti-Mage you will able to kill him without lose too much mana.
5. Sange and Yasha : Give you extra ms,Strength and Agility and slow they ms and as by 30% for 4 sec.
Boots of Travel : Not good boot for Ursa.
Power Treads : This is a good pick. Gave you extra AS and STR
Phase Boots : Best pick use for chasing. Increasing movement speed and you can pass through creep.
Arcane Boots : Don't buy this , Ursa doesn't even have mana problems.
Advanced Equipments Pick 1 only Not Recommended buy 2.
Shadow Blade :Give extra damage and IAS, Wind walk give 20% movement speed(456 movement speed with Phase Boots) for 9 seconds, and 125 bonus damage to break invisibility. So that Ursa can cut in invisible, deal more damage and chase easily. Also it's for escaping.
Blink Dagger :You can blink to cut in and be near to the enemy hero, also for chasing and escaping.
In Early Game, Ursa should farm for item such as Vladmir Offering, Phase Boots/ Power Treads , Vanguard.After you have Vladmir Offering, Phase Boots/Power Tread ,Vanguard you should go kill roshan and Ancient to lvup faster.
In Middle Game, Overpower and Enrage can instantly kill some Intelligence and Agility heroes, even some Strength.The best way to kill you need a partner who have disable or slow ability to gank the enemy. Before you use Shadow Blade or Blink Dagger to cut in, you should use Overpower in advance, because Overpower has a 0.5s casting animation, and will decrease the duration between your cut-in attack and your next Overpower. If you are in Shadow Blade , don't forget to give the target a hit to deal the bonus damage then use Earthshock to slow the target and kill him.
In Late Game, team battle is the main part, so if you have Aegis of the Immortal that can make revived after dead , it can make you gank alot.
1.Level 4 Overpower Provide 6 attack in limited attack speed. However, Overpower has a cooldown of 10s, a Duration of 15s. So we can cast Overpower in advance, when the cooldown time nearly ends, cut into battle. After the 6 attack have passed, cast Overpower again. Now your Ursa will have extra 6 attacks in limited attack speed.
2.Roshan Farming: When the time of the game is 8~15 minute, Ursa's level is 7-10, you have made , you can do your first Roshan Farming. You should pay attention to the disappearing enemy heroes from the lane, and have some wards to observe if possible. With some teammates(Such as 
Lone Druid or 
Enchantress) together, Ursa can farm Roshan on even low level.
Don't forget to give Roshan two combo of Overpower attacks first.
3.Several Attentions:
· Overpower should cast before Blink Dagger and Shadow Blade.
· Overpower should cast after Black King Bar
4.Farm with Enrage
· Enrage can use to farm because of short cool down and no need mana to use it.
