If Ursa can connect his combo can almost instantly kill any single hero, provided you don't get disabled and they don't have Ghost Scepter. Swipes' quadratic damage also guarantees that not even the tankiest enemy is be safe.
Ursa is probably the best Roshan solo-er in the game. You can take him down easily as long as you have Vlads + maxed Fury Swipes.
Overpower lasts more than its cooldown - you can use it twice in quick sucession if you cast it some 10s before engaging.
