Don't buy anything at fountain, head for the ruin, if you get it, buy bottle and tp.
Don't forget to block your mid creeps, this is the earliest possible bottle, even though you wont last hit as well as with null talisman(you wont have comepitition, so its not that hard just time it well), you now have the ability to nuke the pajesus out of your mid foe, as soon as you see him nuke him with laser and rockets plus right click or 2, after use bottle to get your mana back up, when he comes back after eating a tree, nuke him again!! GG, at the 1:40 mark you should be out of mana and bottle should be empty, now nuke him once more and refill with ruin(this part is vital), completely out lane them and have fun, you should get BOT by 7 - 9 min(remember to repeat this and get 4 to 5 ruins). Deny to keep the creeps at your tower, or just stand close to his tower and nuke him! Keep an eye on your levels , dont nuke just before you level up, as you can wait a sec or 2 to nuke him even harder. :-)
Once you have you BOT , the ganking can start , just tp to a lane with you friends, as soon as you land , laser > Rockets > Right Click> TP To base and repeat.
If you are strugling then get a stack or 2 and farm with March of madness
