Not saying it can't be done, but VS is a true support and the only items she really needs are wards. everything else is a bonus for your team. Arcane boots and mek should be the priorities if no one else wants to buy them. If you have extra gold after those two items you are ksing and more than likely hurting your team.
the vlads, and luxury, and dps section should be omitted, not because it can't be done but because it shouldn't be done. I agree that if you have the extra gold you should buy one of the items in the disable section.
Also, anyone can look up items and skill builds, but a good guide needs a couple chapters at least. Like how to lane with VS or if you are roaming how to do that. what you should do mid game and on VS a very good section could be appropriated to using her ulty and what situations could arise and what needs doing.
