This build is for laning support hybrid or roam support hybrid , max rip tide and ensnare to make easier kill at lane or roam , with that u can make enemy immobilize while reduce their armor and make carry to kill them easily , with orb of venom earlier make enemy slow at earlier game , and u also can turn the tide of war with meka and scepter . for situational item depend on game , if oppenent full of magic u can make pipe and for midas when u got extra money for hybrid in late game . so glhf with this build
