Guys this build for those players who can play ursa skillfully and have a clear grasp how and when to use his skills. The reason i go mkb is if they wind runner or pa or a hero who goes radience it is extremely helpful in killing them. The dagger will let you close the distance and you can kill the other hero easily if he is not an escaper.
