This build is an excellent working build, however the main flaws are that you need to feed early game to get the 'Early game' items. Night Stalker is a tactics based character and when fed is insanely difficult to kill and catch if near death. By level 11 (with some acceptations) Night Stalker can solo Roshan.
I use this build all the time and when you have a good team you can kill effectively without the enemy being fed to match you.
