This is just a short guide I wrote.
STARTING OFF / EARLY GAME
Jungle at the weak creeps camp. At 1.00 minute mark, go to the medium camp. Don't go against centaurs. Repeat these until you get your early game items. Now you can gank if you want but be careful, because if you die you'll slow down your AC and Deso.
MID GAME
Roshan at lvl 8 solo or with teammates if you're scared theres wards. After that push their towers like nobody's business
LATE GAME
You're probably winning now. You should have vlads/treads/ac/desolator and maybe a BKB.
Now theres no reason to jungle unless you want that rapier...

Items
STARTING OFF
Get your ROB and 2 claritys. It'll help you out when you jungle.
And the ROB is a component for Vlads. Pop claritys when you're low on mana and spawn wolves during the clarity duration and let the wolves charge in first.
EARLY GAME
Finish off your vlads and get power treads. Treads will give you some needed movement speed and attack speed in my opinion. And the ability to change between str, int, agi is pretty useful.
MID GAME
Get your desolator and assault cuirass asap. When you have both of them you'll have enough DPS to kill a tower without your wolves. (scary right?)
LATE GAME
Rapier is.. self-explanatory.
IF GAME DRAGS ON
3 rapiers. 1 desolator. 1 assault cuirass. 1 vlads.
