Lina is a nuker that can also have reasonable phisical damage later in the game.
Try to lane with a sure-stunner that can set up an easy Light Strike Array.
Don't waste your ult just to get frags on dying enemies. However, don't be afraid to use it to speed up a gank if enemies are missing.
