I think you should get Feast before level 3 as it helps you withstand harass from enemies. I also think you ought to build the Boots of Speed into Power Treads and get the Skull Basher before Maelstrom for the bash chance. Hand of Midas is also a lot more useful for jungling Lifestealer than a laning one and generally slows you down if you get it after 12 minutes or so. One of the Blades of Attack is unnecessary and wastes inventory space; you could get a Bracer instead or even more Gloves of Haste to build into the Armlet of Mordiggian and Maelstrom.

Max out Rage by level 7, Open Wounds is good even without 5% more lifesteal per hit. About the item build, there are better alternatives to the Maelstrom: Desolator for pushing and/or if you get fed, Skull Basher for teamfighting, Orchid Malevolence for silencing enemy gankers/initiators and getting some more attack speed. I usually choose between these three items after the Armlet of Mordiggian: I think you should add a "core extensions" section.

Anyway, +1 for making a laning Lifestealer's guide and for choosing the "right" items, though Hand of Midas slows you down if gotten at more than ~8-10 minutes.
