Keep frosty, a Lich guide

Intro

This guide is just my opinion on how Lich should be played. This guide is to help you get started, not become a pro Lich player Heres an overview on Lich.

Pros/Cons

Pros

- Able to easily regain mana
- Ult is great for team battles
- Is able to xp deny
- Spamable nuke
- Spamable buff

- Squishy
- Can waste an ultimate if not careful

Summary

Lich is a great support hero and has great lane control. He can deny xp to gain the upper hand against the enemy early in the game. He shouldn't be the first one into battle so be careful, as enemy players can easily take him down.

Skills

Frost Blast is a powerful nuke that can be spammed. Using it with Sacrifice will help you keep your mana pool full. Just spam it on enemy heroes

Ice Armor is a helpful buff that you can cast on you and your teammates. It has a low mana cost and a long duration. Feel free to use it when ever you can.

Sacrifice is what keeps you in the lane so long. Use this to xp deny and regain your mana back from casting [Frost Blast]. You should use this when ever you have a chance, even if you have full mana it still xp denies. Use this ability on your melee creeps because it converts the percentage of the creep's xp. ( melee creeps have more health ).

Chain Frost is a very powerful ultimate that can change the tide of battle if used correctly. Try to use this when the enemy heroes are in a group, you want to hit them as much as possible. The first hit has a mini stun, the rest deal a decent amount of damage to targets it hits. If this ultimate doesn't kill them first then your teammates should be able to finish them off for you.

Items

Start
At the start either buy a courier or wards. You wont be needing any mana potions so buy a salve and load up on branches for your wand.

Core
Try to get mechanism and PT asap

Late Game
Getting the specter will increase the damage of your ult. The sheep stick will help with disables and force staff will help with chasing and running.
