Looks like is only situational and rarely picked item, according to the guide. Disagreed - its a core item, second or third(didn't count ). If you can't catch up with its casting speed - play with bots.

well... its really personal in fact... but thank you if you say it is really better i can change it...
but most games will not even get to that point :D

Good job even though i prefer to take invoke lvl 4 before the lvl 25 for the CDR
