And power shot deals scary damage. But i think you mean that she doesn't do lots of damage with this build.
I don't really know why you need a full mobility hero you can only support with drum. idk.

Would argue that you "do no damage" - if you're going to semi-carry Windrunner then you need to have some punch on your right click. Generally look at items like , and to boost your damage, and use a combination of and to make your right click effective.
