I like Sniper and I tried your build. However, Sniper, to me, is a more of an attack speed/mini-stunner person that can focus on one person to be killed. I tried another build before this and...it wasn't the same when using Shrapnel all the time and not having any more damage on mini-stunning.

The only good item if you are spamming Shrapmel is Ring of Aquila (if I spelled that right).

It's a really great build if you focus on pushing and destroying towers, but it's really not my style.

I rather have Shadow Blade on Drow Ranger for sneak attacks when one person is trying to push. :P

Shadow Blade just isn't my kind of play style. I'd rather keep myself alive by team fighting properly and using the money to do more damage.

At the beginning of your guide in the skills, there are only 3 points in "headshot", since you CAN get 4 points in it I assume it's a mistake/typo?

Vlads should never be taken on a ranged hero in the first place, I don't get why it's under the Lifesteal section here. O.O

Nice guide, one thing to point out you missed skill 14 on the skill build. But very nice guide

Great guide,
The only point I noticed is the hard last hitting part at the begining of the game.

Needs more Mjollnir! Super strong item on Sniper.

Also add Ethereal blade to situational. I've had alot of games where there was either a Naix, Spirit breaker , Stealth assassin , or juggernaut that would focus me. void talisman can be useful for your survivability. Eth blade + assassinate = 1100+ damage finisher.

I am a fan of shrapnel maxed early, but you need at least 1 point of head-shot earlier than level 10.... go for it at level 2.
