Introduction/Lore

This is my first ever build so feel free to tell me if I did really bad. Disruptor is a really underrated hero that is very good early/mid game but lacks power late game due to bkb and scaling. Despite this I still love the dinosaur rider and thought I'd put his lore in to start off the guide. Thanks for reading and there will be more stuff in the future!

Lore:

High on the wind-ravaged steppes of Druud, a gifted young stormcrafter called Disruptor was the first to unlock the secrets of the summer squalls. Constantly under assault from both seasonal storms and encroachment from civilized kingdoms to the South, the upland Oglodi have for centuries struggled to subsist atop the endless tablelands. They are the fractured remnant of a once-great civilizationa fallen tribe, their stormcraft strange and inscrutable, cobbled together from scraps of lost knowledge which even they no longer fully understand. For those on the high plain, weather has become a kind of religion, worshiped as both the giver and taker of life. But the electrical storms that bring life-sustaining rains arrive at a cost, and many are the charred and smoking corpses left in their wake.
Although small for his kind, Disruptor is fearless, and driven by an insatiable curiosity. As a youth, while still unblooded and without a stryder, he explored the ruins of the ancestral citiessearching through collapsed and long-moldering libraries, rummaging through rusting manufactories. He took what he needed and returned to his tribe. Adapting a coil of ancient design, he harnessed the power of electrical differential and now calls down the thunder whenever he wishes. Part magic, part craftsmanship, his coils hold in their glowing plates the power of life and deatha power wielded with precision against the landed castes to the South, and any interlopers who cross into ancient Oglodi lands.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
Good mid game
Great for First Blood attempts
AoE for days

Cons:
A little on the weak side
Intelligence hero
Easy to be ganked
Little/No armor

Skill - Thunder Strike

Usage:
Your basic damage output and use to secure kills on enemy heroes when they try to escape, on invisible heroes for vision and on creep waves for AoE. Getting this level one allows for great harassment and can help dominate your lane with proper mana regen.

Skill - Glimpse

Usage:
This skill is very useful and should be maxed out early to help get kills. Use to push enemy heroes like Puck and Riki back to where they were before and to send enemy heroes back to base when they teleport into your lane. Getting this level one is useful if your team is playing aggressive to help get kills.

Skill - Kinetic Field

Usage:
This skill does not require many levels until mid game where enemy carries may have too much tankiness to be killed in 2.5 seconds. Getting this level one is useful for traps if you're laning with a ranged carry so neither of you take damage and can push the enemy out of the lane or get a kill. SPRING CLEANING! Makes this ability better because of lower cooldown.

Skill - Static Storm

Usage:
This ultimate has crazy damage output and silences. The radius on this is larger than Kinetic Field so trap enemies with Kinetic Field and then throw Static Storm down to make it so they can't escape and take a couple hundred damage.

Support Items

Many people who play Disruptor are meaning to play as a support, this build is for those people.

Starting items:
Animal Courier - You need to buy either this or wards when the game starts, buy whatever the other support doesn't.
Healing Salve - Need health, not anymore.
Tango - Good for you and your buddies.
Clarity - Same as Tango, just good in general early game. Use to continue harassing.
Iron Branch(es) - Use for Magic Wand when you get enough gold.

Early Game items:
Magic Wand - Lets you recover mana and health back when you need.
Arcane Boots - Support your team and yourself! Let's you and all your carry buddies get kills/harass.
Town Portal Scroll - Get back to base or other towers for ganks.
Sentry Ward - No doubt you'll need wards sometime, might as well buy them.

Mid Game items:
Force Staff - Save yourself/buddies or kill the enemy with it, either way you're doing good.
Rod of Atos - Keep missing the enemy with Kinetic Field or Static Storm? That won't happen anymore with this item.
Aghanim's Scepter - Good stats and makes you have one of the best teamfight ultimate's in the game because of the massive damage and silences everything.
Shiva's Guard - Armor is always good for a squishy hero like Disruptor and the passive and active on it are crazy.

Situational items:
Smoke of Deceit - Good for getting around the map unseen or for team ganks.
Dust of Appearance - Good against Broodmother, Riki, Bounty Hunter, etc.
Veil of Discord - Last for 25 seconds and has loads of stats. Good good good.
Mekansm - Work with the other support to find out who is buying what.
Eul's Scepter of Divinity - Virtually traps enemy and gives time for teammates to show up.
Pipe of Insight - Winning or losing a teamfight can depend on this item.
Assault Cuirass - Buff buff buff.
Scythe of Vyse - It's like having Lion's ability but this one gives you a load of passive stuff and now you can make sure to trap with Kinetic Field.

Thunder God Items

First off, you may realize that by Thunder God, I mean carry. Now, the items in this build are more of a pick and choose set, it all depends on how you want to play and how you want to play it. Please note this build is not for the faint of heart and you should alert your team before trying this.

Starting items:
Null Talisman - Good beginning stats and can build into Veil of Discord if you really want first blood or to just play semi-carry.
Tango - Well...HEALTH! Disruptor isn't exactly the toughest hero so it'd be good to patch him up if needed.

Early Game items:
Power Treads - A must have if you're playing carry and want to get kills! Put it on strength if you want to tank and intelligence for extra damage if you want kills, stay away from agility.
Maelstrom - This item is so good for farming. Helpful for getting those expensive items fast.
Veil of Discord - You want first blood? You want to gank? Get this! I personally don't get it because I like to rush Desolator instead because of farm from Maelstrom but it depends on how you feel.
Town Portal Scroll - Helps you get back to base fast.

Mid Game items:
Desolator - Only way you're getting solo kills unless you have Veil of Discord early game.
Mjollnir - MOAR FARM!
Sange and Yasha - More of everything and gives a lot of precious movement speed. Get after or before Mjollnir.
Daedalus - If you want to just snipe enemies down and not run in and tank then this is a good choice.
Heart of Tarrasque - So much tankness in one item, so good, so powerful. Warning: Hard Carry mode activated.

Situational items:
Arcane Boots - Get this is you are soloing for extra mana instead of Power Treads.
Mekansm - Dying to much? Get this instead of Heart mid game to tank a bit more.
Drum of Endurance - Sange and Yasha out of your price range? Feel like helping the team? Get this for some nice speed increase and attribute bonuses.
Rod of Atos - Good for solo ganks, use this to make sure Kinetic Field and Static Storm work.
Soul Booster - Dying fast? Not enough mana? This will fix those problems with one item.
Assault Cuirass - Helps team out and gives armor and attack speed. Nice!
Aghanim's Scepter - Good stats and crazy ultimate buff but not really needed to be the Thunder God, still really nice addition though.
Divine Rapier - If you farmed too much and don't know what to do, get this.

Alternative Mid-Lane Items

I was asked to make a mid-lane build so here it is.

Starting items:
Animal Courier - You'll have plenty of farm so be nice and buy Animal Courier.
Tango - You'll need to heal sometime.
Clarity - Since there is no Magic Wand for this build get a [[Clarity to tide you over.
Gauntlets of Strength - Gives you some bonus health when the game starts and builds into Bracer.

Early Game items:
Bottle - Every mid hero needs a bottle, heals lots of health and some mana so make sure to get some runes so you refill charges without going back to base.
Arcane Boots - Not as good as Power Treads but a viable option.
Bracer - Equates to around 114/115 health so it definitely helps those squishier supports.
Sentry Ward - Ward up those rune spots and protect yourself from ganks.
Town Portal Scroll - Get around the map fast.

Mid Game items:
Drum of Endurance - Cheaper than Sange and Yasha but you get movement speed and goodness for all your attributes (and you already have Bracer).
Soul Booster - Gives you more health and mana, plus you can build into Bloodstone if you want.
Shadow Blade - Use this to escape ganks or to go around and gank. Use this -> Right Click
-> Kinetic Field -> Thunder Strike -> Right Click = Dead Enemy
Rod of Atos - My favorite way of making sure you get Kinetic Field on an enemy. Use before Kinetic Field to trap or after to chase.

Situational items:
Mekansm - Heals you up if you are dying.
Power Treads - Since you're mid Arcane Boots might not do you much good so you might have to help yourself out. Put on strength to live and intelligence to get kills.
Veil of Discord - Increases magic damage enemy take for 25 seconds.
Desolator - Makes it so you can solo gank almost any hero.
Aghanim's Scepter - Upgrades ultimate and can be useful late game if used before enemy carries can activate bkb.
Bloodstone - You already have Soul Booster so you might as well get this.
Assault Cuirass - Bonus armor, attack speed, and a friendly buff.
