Hi this is my first guide for dotafire, hope you'll try and enjoy the build.
I tried to keep it as simple as possible, but based on your valuable feedback I may improve it
So, this is version 1.1

Basic idea with centaur is to have a lane presence to prevent enemy farming.
-Having extra strength is always preferred over having raw Hp.
-Tranquils is a must have in early stages as you'll be harrassed a lot by enemy's ranged heroes.
-Sange+Urn gives you +22 Str which contributes further to your return damage, use urn offensively as well.
-If you had a superb mid game, go for radiance first, if not blink is your friend
-Heart of Tarrasque (HoT) is the real deal and your core item
-Based on enemy team composition, try to have at least one of situational(Halberd,Armlet,Pipe,Blade Mail)
