General Gameplan

The idea behind this build is Survivability and Utility. The general flow is to take either Searing Arrows or Wind Walk at 1~2 so that you have your escape to avoid early deaths and use Searing Arrows to Orb Walk attack your foe without being attacked by the creeps in your lane. After that you'll take Death Pact when available and stats until they are maxed. You'll want to pick up 1~2 points of Strafe somewhere after 6 for the utility of fast arrows either against a tower or to down a foe in a team fight.

Early game is played harassing your lane opponent with your searing arrow attack. Use it by pressing W and targeting the foe as they run up to get a CS hit. As soon as your arrow flies immediately right click to move either away or sideways to cancel auto attacking and repeat by pressing W again and targeting the foe. If they are running away from you and you are not in tower range you can move towards them after the fire arrow flies and use W to orb walk attack them again.

Use the courier and buy your items as needed. I can usually get by on just the 3 tangos until I hit level 6 and get Death Pact. Use Death Pact whenever it is up. Use this on the Hard creep camps to regain lost HP and boost your HP and Damage before team fights.

Taking Stats as much as possible will add to your damage and HP and Mana pool. This will help you hit harder and take more hits when you get jumped.

Items

Starting Items
Tango and Wraith Band
Take these first 3 tango's for a bit of hp regen and the Wraith Band so that it can be easily upgraded into the Ring of Aquila by buying a Ring of Basilius without having to worry about the annoying recipe to make the Wraith Band.

Mid
Depending on how the game is going you'll want to make Power Treads either piece by piece and have them delivered to you if you are mid lane or build them all at the side lane shops. Get these and set them to Agi for damage and attack speed, or int if you are low on mana.

Next is the Helm of the Dominator. I will usually get The Helm of Iron Will first because the 5 armor will help with your survivability in fights more then the low lifesteal you get at such a low level. Once the HoD is complete it will help you take more hits and lifesteal but only when you are NOT using Searing Arrows.

End
The next item is the Eye of Skadi. Built by 4 items, I will save up and buy the Orb of Venom and Point Booster first at the Secret shop and then work on 2 Ultimate Orb's to complete the item. This gives your arrows a slowing attack weather you are using Searing Arrows or not and also gives you lots of stats, HP and Mana.

Lastly I build Daedalus for the Crit chance. First build Crystalys and then upgrade to Daedalus. This gives your R-click attacks about 450 damage crits unbuffed and if you first use Death Pact you will see crits of around 700+.

Pros / Cons

Pro's

More survivability with higher stats.
More HP early and mid game.
More base Damage early and mid game.
Not Mana dependent. (use Searing Arrows Sparingly)

Con's

Not a normal build so some people might complain if they notice your build choice.
Searing Arrows are weaker only used early game and not used mid or late game (Unless downing towers).

You wont need lifesteal very often with death pact and helm of the dominator is mainly for damage and controlling creeps that have useful auras such as unholy aura from one of the saytrs

Right, with this build you don't really use Searing Arrows except in the early game for Orb walk attacking your lane opponent.

I don't think this build is any good really, you can get stats from items and not using abilities, especially such good ones as clinks have is just dumb... you can kill fast with your Q + W combo, you can be insanely mobile with you E and get into position to gank or catch up with a fleeing enemy with ease, not mentioning an escape it gives you (in case you get dusted you at least got your speed).
